McKenna
Our sweet Tee Tee. She is 24 years young, still lives at home with Dad, Joe, Jake and me, works at Young Living with her dad, and is currently apprenticing with Shalana Robinson (one of the most amazing beauticians of our time!) in American Fork. She and I spend a lot of time, experimenting with colors in my hair. She loves to spend time with her friends but is mostly found with us or with Megan and her boys. She is a wonderful, precious gift to us and we are blessed to have her with us.
K.C. Jake
My bonus son. K.C., is 17 years old and a junior at Payson High School. He lives in Payson with his mom and step-dad and we don't see him very often. We love him and have spent lots of wonderful hours, days and weeks with him. Circumstances with consequences.....but K.C. knows that he is special to all of us. We would love to know more about his life and, Lord willing, someday we will. We have friends who know him well and report often to us how he is doing. He worked at a cabinet shop last year, but he is concentrating on school, friends and women now. He is a great friend to many. His brothers miss him very much but we do what we can. When he is with us, it completes our circle. We look forward to the day.
Joseph Ryker
My First Born Son. The moment I laid my eyes on the sonogram and Dr. Lamoreaux said, "It's a boy!" my life changed. I love my girls so much but little boys just LOVE their mommies. Joe and I have a special connection. Sometimes that's not so good because we are very much alike but he is precious to me. He is 12 years old, ALMOST 13.....scares the crap out of me. He is a Deacon and the first counselor in the Deacon's quorum presidency. He is in the 7th Grade and loves Jr. High. He is an amazing soccer player and plays for a competition team in Alpine. He plays right mid-fielder and scores a lot for his team. He is surrounded by friends all the time. He loves to fish, especially with daddy. He is an amazing brother and a good example to Jake. He wants to serve a mission when he is 19 and knowing this determined, sensitive boy.....he'll knock their socks off. We feel so blessed to have him in our home.
Jacob Collins
My Baby Boy! And then there was Jake. Another Boy! Can life get any better? I submit that it cannot!! Jake is our baby and the source for a great deal of happiness in our home. He loves everybody and everything. He has an enthusiasm for life that is unmatchable. He can make us laugh----constantly. He has a tender heart and a billion friends. But he would rather stay home and play on the computer and be around his mommy more than anything else. He is 10 years old and in the 4th grade. He has finally learned to say his "r"s which has not been easy, and makes me a little sad because he talks so darn cute. He is a pretty amazing soccer player as well and he can play basketball with the best of them. He can't wait to pass the sacrament and wants to be a missionary when he is 19. It makes me happy, just to hear his voice.
Ben and Britt and Family
Brittany has made herself quite a little family. She and Ben are hard-working, loving, faithful parents to their four children. They added Austin to Shiann, Cade and Luke on October 1st, 2007. Brittany is still a 911 dispatcher for SLC and Ben is an electrician.....thank heaven.....he wired our whole family room in the basement. Bless his heart. Their lives are blessed with love. They are looking forward to being sealed in the Temple, hopefully sometime this year.
Brandy
My beautiful Brandy. She is something else. What a thoughtful, sweet daughter. Having a bit of a struggle in the "love" department. We love her infinitely but it's not quite the same. She and Marc are still married but not living together. Best friends but not enough. She is very successful in her job at Zion's Bank as the retail collections agent. She has worked there for quite a while and loves it. We love when she is with us and want her to be happy and in love.
Stephen and Megan and the boys
Megan is married to Stephen Royle and they have a good life. The normal, weird struggles but the happiness far outweighs all that other crap. Stephen works at Maaco in SLC and Megan gets to stay home with Pax and Trey. Paxton is quite a guy. What an individual he is. Trey is just the happiest little guy. He chose a wonderful family to come to. We are so lucky they are here.
