Shane has started traveling a bit more and was able to go to London the end of April until May 1st. He enjoyed his time there very much but my sleeping arrangements change in a big way when he is gone. It's like a Mommy-Free-For-All. We usually take turns but the boys fell asleep waiting for daddy to call and I just let them stay.
We had to hustle to the airport to pick him up, right after Jake's last soccer game. As we pulled into the parking area, Shane texted me that he had just landed. My super sons cleared the way.
I just love this picture---oh, the anticipation......
And here he is. Safe and sound and back with us again.
We're so glad when Daddy comes home!
